Bringing Home a Lexacious Australian Labradoodle

At Lexacious Australian Labradoodles, our top priority is to find loving, committed homes that truly understand and can meet the unique needs of our Australian Labradoodles.

To be considered, it is 'mandatory' to complete our Puppy Application Form in FULL. This form is vital for us to learn all about you, your family, and your lifestyle so we can guide you in selecting the most suitable puppy for your family. The details you provide will also be used to process your puppy’s microchipping, WALA Pedigree registration, and pet insurance.

Once submitted, we aim to review your application and respond as quickly as possible. If you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours, please email us at lexacious77@gmail.com and check your junk/spam folder.

What Happens Next?

After reviewing your application, we will arrange a video call, or you are welcome to visit us in person to meet our dogs. If both parties are happy to proceed, we will send payment details and ask you to place a non-refundable deposit of £300 to:

• Reserve your spot on our waiting list

• Help us plan future litters

• Confirm your commitment to welcoming a Lexacious puppy into your family

Your deposit goes toward the total purchase price, with the remaining balance of £2500 due when the puppies are 6 weeks old.

Once Your Deposit is Received

You’ll receive a confirmation email and attached your Exclusive Lexacious Puppy Information Pack to help you prepare for your new family member.

• Waiting list priority is determined by the date deposits are received.

• Priority is also reserved for Lexacious' own breeding selections and occasionally other registered ALD breeders.

When a litter is born, we’ll contact you via Email and WhatsApp. You'll have 2 days to decide whether to proceed with the proposed litter. If the timing or preferences don’t align, you’ll automatically remain on the list for the next available litter.***Once your non-refundable deposit is received, your spot on our waiting list will be reserved for 18 months. If, during that time, you pass on two or more litters that meet your preferences in your application, your place on our list will be void and your deposit will not be refunded. If anything changes or you need to chat about options, I’m always happy to work with you where possible.

Preparing for Your Puppy

From birth to go-home day, we’ll keep you involved with:

• Weekly pictures, videos, and updates

• Helpful guidance to get ready for your new pup

Around 6–7 weeks of age, you’ll be invited to visit us to meet the puppies. We’ll discuss their individual temperaments and help you choose the right pup to your home. If you're unable to visit in person, we’ll arrange a video call instead.

After your visit, we’ll ask you to send us a list of your preferred puppies in order of choice. Puppies will then be placed based on deposit date and suitability.

Final Steps

Once your puppy has been selected at 6–7 weeks:

• You’ll be asked to sign our Puppy Contract

• The remaining balance £2500 will be due

• Gotcha Day' Puppies will go to their fur-ever homes at 8 weeks old — never earlier

We’re here to offer lifetime support and advice, not just during puppyhood but beyond — because once you join our Lexacious family, we’re here for you every step of the way!

If you're unable to collect your puppy at 8 weeks,  I may be able to keep them for an additional week or two maximum'. This will be charged at £25 per day to cover care, food, and time. Please note that this is subject to my own family circumstances and availability, so it’s not always guaranteed. Feel free to discuss with me in advance if you think you may need this option.
