We kindly ask that you only fill this Application Form for a Lexacious puppy if you are 100% ready to be placed on our waiting list and ready to place a non refundable deposit £300. Once your deposit has been paid then you will be added to our current waiting list. Priority on waiting list is given in order of when deposits are received.
If we have puppies available which are over 6 weeks old; please note that full payment is required.
