Step 1 – Complete Our Puppy Application

To be considered for one of our upcoming litters, you must complete our Puppy Application Form in full. The information you provide helps us get to know you, your family, and your lifestyle so we can carefully match you with the most suitable puppy. Your details will also be used to prepare your puppy's WALA pedigree registration, microchip registration, vet visit, and pet insurance.

Once we've received your application, we'll review it as soon as possible. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us at lexacious77@gmail.com.

Step 2 – Meet Us

After reviewing your application, we'll arrange either:

• A visit to meet us and our dogs, or

• A video call for families who live further away.

During your visit or video call, you'll have the opportunity to meet our dogs, ask questions, and learn more about our breeding programme.

Please note:

• We do not allow visits while our girls are pregnant.

• Puppies can only be visited once they are at least 6 weeks old.

• The health, wellbeing, and routine of our dogs and family will always come first.

Step 3 – Reserving Your Place

Our puppies are £3,000 and are sold on a pet-only (non-breeding) contract, including a spay/neuter agreement in accordance with WALA guidelines & membership. If we're both happy to proceed, we'll invite you to secure your place with a non-refundable £500 deposit.

Your deposit will:

• Reserve your place on our waiting list

• Help us plan future litters

• Confirm your commitment to welcoming a Lexacious puppy

The remaining balance of £2,500 is due when your puppy reaches 6 weeks of age.

 

Your Waiting List

Once your deposit has been received, you'll receive confirmation together with your exclusive Lexacious Puppy Information Pack to help you prepare for your new family member.

Waiting list priority is determined by the date deposits are received. We also reserve priority for puppies selected for our own breeding programme and, occasionally, for approved Australian Labradoodle breeders.

When a litter arrives, we'll contact you by email and WhatsApp. You'll have 48 hours to decide whether you'd like to proceed with that litter. If the timing isn't right, you'll simply remain on our waiting list for the next suitable litter.

Your waiting list place is held for 18 months. If you decline two suitable litters that match the preferences outlined in your application, your place on the waiting list will end and your deposit will be forfeited. If circumstances change, we're always happy to discuss your options wherever possible.

Preparing for Your Puppy

From the moment your puppy is born, we'll keep you involved every step of the way with:

• Weekly pupdates of photos and videos

• Helpful advice to prepare your home

• Ongoing support throughout the process

When the puppies are around 6–7 weeks old, you'll be invited to visit and meet them. If you're unable to visit in person, we'll arrange a video call instead.

Following your visit, we'll ask you to list your preferred puppies in order of choice.

Our Matching Process

At Lexacious, we carefully help match each puppy to the most suitable family based primarily on temperament, not simply just by colour or gender.

While we will always consider your preferences, our experience tells us that temperament is the most important factor in creating a lifelong partnership. It's very common for families to arrive with their hearts set on a particular colour or sex, only to fall in love with a completely different puppy after spending time with the litter & chatting with us to understand each of their temperaments. 

Our goal is to ensure every puppy is placed in the home where they will thrive, creating the very best match for both puppy and family.

Final Steps

Once your puppy has been chosen:

• You'll sign your 2yr health & Puppy Pet Contract.

• The remaining balance of £2,500 will be due.

• Your puppy will be ready to leave for their forever home at 8 weeks of age—never earlier.

If you're unable to collect your puppy at 8 weeks, we may be able to care for them for up to two additional weeks, subject to availability*. Extended boarding is charged at £30 per day to cover food, care, and socialisation.
