How Do I Reserve a Lexacious Puppy

1. Our priority here at Lexacious Australian Labradoodles is to find committed, loving homes that understand and can meet the needs of our ALD's. It is *mandatory that you fill out our Puppy Application Form *Fully, if you wish to be considered. This is really important so we can understand and learn all about you; so we can best guide and support you in choosing the right puppy based on your individual family preferences and lifestyle. The details you provide are also used to process microchipping, WALA Pedigree registration and your puppy's pet insurance.

2. ​We will process your application and generally aim to respond asap; however Email us at lexacious77@gmail.com ; if you have had no response after 24hrs.​ *Please check your junk mail*

3. After reviewing your application,We can arrange a telephone or video call, or you are welcome to visit us and our dogs. If both parties are happy & confident to proceed you will be sent payment details and asked to place a *non refundable* deposit of £300 to reserve & subscribe to our waiting list; this helps us plan prospective litters for waiting families, this also guarantees you a puppy and to ensure us you are 'committed' to adding a Lexacious puppy to your family. This deposit goes towards the total purchase price of £2500.​ The remaining balance of £2200 will be due when puppy is 6wks old. ​We can also eGift your payment* (please ask us for further details).

4. Once we receive your deposit a confirmation will be sent to you via email along with your *Exclusive Lexacious Puppy Information pack to help you plan and prepare for you Lexacious Puppy!

5. Please note *Priority on the waiting list is dependent on the date when deposits are made. *Priority is also given first to us at Lexacious to choose potential future breeding puppy and/or to other registered WALA Breeders.

6. As soon as a litter has been born we will contact you via email/whatsapp text message and you will have *2 days* to decide if you wish to proceed with the proposed litter. If due to your current circumstance or your chosen preferences are not available and you do not want to proceed with the offered litter then don't worry, you will automatically go on to the next available litter waiting list. ​Please note we only take a maximum 6 reservation deposits. If we are fortunate to have anymore than 6 in the litter then we will contact those who expressed interest. 

7. Over the following weeks we will then send you weekly pictures, updates, videos and plenty of useful information to get you ready for the big day when you get to take your doodle home!​

8. Around 6/7 weeks old you will be invited to come visit us and meet the puppies. During this visit we can discuss each of their personalities/temperaments and your preferences that would best suit your family lifestyle & home. Those who are unable to visit we can arrange a video call.​ 

9. After your visit we will ask you to send us your favourite puppies in order of preference. Puppies will then be selected to their furever families based on the date when deposits were made. Pawparents will be notified via email of their chosen Puppy.​

10. Once you have chosen your puppy at 6/7wks, you will be asked to sign our puppy contract & asked to pay the outstanding balance; £2200.

11. All puppies will leave at 8 weeks and not before. We will provide a lifetime of support and advice through puppyhood and beyond if needed.
